Description

Easy installation and operation

Differential pressure flowmeters are used in many industrial applications.

Orifice plates are the most commonly used solution as the primary flow element.

They are easy to install and operate.

The differential pressure generated by the primary element is generally converted into an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate by a differential pressure transmitter.

Design optimized according to customer requirements

TLY Enerji's flow elements are designed according to the customer's process conditions.

The bore diameter is calculated according to the flow characteristics of the plant.

Products are available with RF, FF, or RTJ sealing face options.

Designs compliant with customer standards can be manufactured for special applications.

Orifice Plates

Description

Orifice plates are the simplest primary flow elements.

The bore diameter is calculated to generate a specific differential pressure at the full flow rate.

Orifice plates suitable for different media are available.

RF Raised Face Flanges (Sealing Face for Raised Face)

Description

The RF (Raised Face) type is the most commonly used sealing face and is suitable for medium pressure and temperature conditions.

Surface Roughness

125 – 250 AARH

According to the ASME B16.5 standard, the flange and orifice plate sealing surfaces are manufactured with a surface roughness compatible with the gasket.

Ring Joint Gasket (Optional)

Used for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Versions: Octagonal, Oval

Application Standards: API 6A, ASME/ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A, BS 1560

Surface roughness is < 63 AARH and complies with the relevant flange standards.

Drain or Vent Hole (Optional)

Depending on the process fluid, a drain or vent hole may be required.

Hole dimensions are designed based on international standards and engineering experience.

Orifice Flanges

Description

Special orifice flanges are used instead of standard pipe flanges for the installation of orifice plates or flow nozzles.

These flanges have pressure taps machined directly into them, eliminating the need for a carrier ring.

The plate can be easily removed and installed using jack screws.

Nominal Size and Pressure Class

Compliant with all international standards.

The pipe schedule is specified by the customer.
