General Introduction

TLY Enerji is a technology company that manages the engineering, design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes of flow measurement systems used in industrial facilities from end to end.

Flow elements are primary measurement devices based on the differential pressure principle and are the fundamental components that determine the accuracy of flow measurement, system reliability, and long-term stability in process lines.

Product Range

1. Orifice Plate

Orifice plates are the most widely used primary elements for flow measurement based on the differential pressure method.

TLY Enerji provides engineering, calculation, manufacturing, and installation services in accordance with ISO 5167-2, API 14.3 / AGA-3, and ASME MFC-3M standards.

  • Types: Concentric, Eccentric, Segmental, Quadrant Edge

  • Materials: AISI 316(L), Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy

  • Applications: Steam, natural gas, water, process fluids

  • Options: Designs compatible with Single Chamber or Dual Chamber Orifice Fittings

2. Multi-hole Orifice Plate

Multi-hole orifice plates provide more stable, linear, and vibration-free differential pressure generation in low Reynolds number flows.

TLY Enerji delivers low-noise, highly repeatable measurements through optimized hole geometry.

  • Advantages: Flow profile balancing, low noise, reduced pressure loss

  • Standards: Custom design based on ISO 5167 and ASME MFC-3M

3. Meter Run

Meter Run systems are integrated flow measurement stations manufactured as a single unit with an orifice plate for small-diameter pipelines (DN ≤ 50 mm).

TLY Enerji manufactures high-accuracy Meter Runs that minimize straight pipe length requirements.

  • Standards: ISO 5167-2, ASME MFC-3M

  • Manufacturing: CNC machining, surface roughness control, EN 10204 3.1 certified materials

  • Applications: Natural gas, process gases, testing and laboratory systems

4. Venturi / Flow Nozzle

Venturi tubes and flow nozzles provide low permanent pressure loss and high accuracy in high-velocity and high-pressure applications.

  • Standards: ISO 5167-3 / 4, ASME MFC-3M, ISA 1932

  • Types: Long Radius Nozzle, ISA 1932 Nozzle, Classical Venturi Tube, Venturi Nozzle

  • Applications: Steam, gas, and liquid lines

  • Advantages: ±0.5% measurement accuracy, long service life

5. Wedge Element

Wedge flow elements provide reliable measurement in high-viscosity, particulate, or contaminated fluids.

TLY Enerji manufactures wedge flow elements using highly wear-resistant materials.

  • Standards: ASME MFC-14M, design based on ISO 5167

  • Advantages: Low blockage risk, low maintenance requirements, wide Reynolds number range

  • Applications: Crude oil, slurry flows, wastewater systems

6. Pitot Tube

Pitot tubes determine the average flow velocity by measuring the velocity pressure of the fluid.

TLY Enerji provides design, installation, and calibration services for both single-point and averaging Pitot tubes.

  • Standards: ISO 3966, ASME PTC 19.5

  • Applications: Air, flue gas, large-diameter pipelines

  • Advantages: Low pressure loss, easy installation, cost-effective solution

7. Venturi Tube

Venturi tubes are designed in accordance with ISO 5167-4 and ASME MFC-3M standards.

They are suitable for high-accuracy measurements where permanent pressure loss must be minimized.

  • Types: Classical, Short Form, Machined Venturi

  • Materials: Stainless steel, carbon steel, special alloys

  • Applications: Water, steam, gas, and chemical processes

8. Restriction Orifice

Restriction orifice elements are used to limit flow rate or create pressure reduction.

TLY Enerji manufactures both single-stage and multi-stage models according to process pressure and fluid characteristics.

  • Standards: Designed in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ISO 5167 principles

  • Applications: Pressure reduction, flow balancing, safety line control

9. Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting

Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting systems allow the orifice plate to be safely replaced while the process line remains under pressure.

This design eliminates process shutdowns and significantly reduces maintenance time.

  • Standards: API 14.3 / AGA-3, ISO 5167

  • Pressure classes: ANSI 150–2500

  • Measurement size range: DN50–DN600

  • Body materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel

  • Applications: Refineries, natural gas stations, petrochemical plants, power plants

Engineering and Service Scope

Design and Calculation

Differential pressure calculations, beta ratio selection, Reynolds number analysis, and straight pipe length optimization in accordance with ISO 5167, API 14.3, AGA-3, and ASME MFC-3M standards.

Manufacturing

CNC-controlled manufacturing, surface tolerance inspection, hydrostatic testing, NDT (PT, RT, UT) applications, and the use of EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certified materials.

Installation and Integration

Pressure tap connections, impulse lines, manifold installation, transmitter integration (HART, Modbus, Profibus), and full compatibility with automation systems.

Commissioning and Calibration

Field testing, transmitter calibration, zero and span adjustment, and verification services by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.

Project Management and Documentation

Comprehensive technical documentation including General Arrangement (GA), P&ID and isometric drawings, material lists, FAT/SAT reports, and quality dossiers.
